'Solid Edge' Student Edition & other CAD systems

The gui provided with Solid Edge V20 lets users develop programs in VBNet and C# that create entire 2D/3D drawings/models in seconds. Does the solid Edge student edition have the same capability?

Do the student versions of SolidWorks and ProEngineer have similar capabilities?
