I'm working on a pipeline project that involves a CP monitoring system that will contain software to process data collected from the corrosion monitoring equipment.

Anyone have recommendations for software that can store baseline data and drawings related to monitoring points, inspection data, download directly from online measurement, and logging data or input manually, perform trending of corrosion measurement data, calculate corrosion rates and remaining lives?

We're looking at having the system web enabled to support offsite queries of real time and historical data.

I received an email from a gentleman - harykorosi - my answer to his question for more information came back "undeliverable". In case he (or anyone else) looks back at this post, below was my response to additional ifnormation.

Appreciate the note. We are looking conceptually at a pipeline system that would have a corrosion monitoring system. We would like to measure soil temperatures, soil resistivity, outputs for Cu/CuSO4 test electrodes and Ag/AgCl test electrodes.

ELPR probes and corrosion weight loss coupons will be used to monitor internal corrosion on a continuous basis and to trend system response to inhibitor regimes or process changes.

The access fittings will be designed to allow coupons and probes to be safely and efficiently installed and retrieved by field personnel, while the system remains on-stream.

Coupons shall be retrieved and analyzed at periods yet to be defined. ELPR probe readings should be recorded automatically or at intervals yet to be determined, and the result logged. Probe servicing and replacement will coincide with coupon changeouts.

Continuous (real time) electrochemical monitoring is being considered on either the total asset or item-specific basis, where added value over life cycle can be demonstrated and where the limitations particularly with regard to its application to static plant, have been taken into account.

As such, I am looking for a reccomendation for software that may be able to serve our purpose. A website link would be helpful.
