We have PV Elite - it is OK for simple vessels and is economical, incidentaly we changed from APV as PV Elite gives you PD5500, ASME VII Div 1 and 2 and the new European EN code.
You could look at Finglow and many others, but be careful about companies selling modular programmes as when you finally add up the cost of all the bits you want it can be lots of $$$$$$
