What is the simple thump rule to calculate cable size for DOL starter and soft starters

Motor is 315Kw, 568 FLA, LRa= 3000amps

Soft starter will be voltage ramp from 65% to 100%
10 seconds

Thanks

125% of motor full load running current.
Or the appropriate table in the NEC where the ampacity is dictated by motor HP.

thank you very much

There is no change in cable sizing rules based on using a soft starter or any other form of reduced voltage start method.
