snow and wind load combinations

The previous thread: thread176-347025 cleared up a lot of the requirements for this. Regardless, I wanted to check to see what people do with the load case 1.2D+1.6S+.5W. I have three snow cases; balanced, drift right, and drift left. I have eight wind cases. So.... I need 24 conjugations to cover this combo?

Yes that is correct - 24 combos unless by engineering inspection and judgement you can verify that certain ones don't control...which does occur frequently.
