Hello Folks,

I am having a difficult time finding a vender that can supply a multi-strand wire cable diameter less than .125" in a 3 conductor Black or Grey silicone Jacket cable for our design. The wires need to be at least 22 AWG with no shielding. And we would like to order 4,000 feet length. Can anyone make some good suggestions? These appear to generally be in a .17" diameter which is too large for our design.

Thanks!

You may continue to have difficulty. I have a bunch of 2-conductor 22AWG in front of me and it's already .125". Add a third conductor, and well, you know...

I think you'll probably find that the manufacturers Penn or Beldon can help you with this. They both have "specialty" lines of cable...
