Sketch style in drafting

Hi,
where are sketch style options in drafting ?
I'm creating some delimited area in drafting view and dimensioning this lines, the expressione (p0) is show and the same in pdf.
I want to visualize like other dimensions.

OK, to get rid of the Expressions names, while in the sketch, go to...

Task -> Sketch Style...

...and change the 'Dimension Label' option to 'Value'.
