Assuming you are in draft. Right click on the view, select properties, select Display tab, select 3 button over on the top - Part list options, and select List sketches, you will see your sketchs in the parts list, select the sketch or sketches you want to view and check the "show" button, apply and update your view and you should see the sketch.
