Sizing Criteria for Sand/Oil Interceptors

I am looking for typical sizing criteria for Sand and Oil Interceptors.

I know that the Interceptor Size is typically calculated using the following formula:
Retention Time * Waste Flow Rate = Interceptor Size

But what are typical values for Retention Time and Waste Flow Rates for various size Interceptors and Buildings?
