Simulation of a screw connexion

Hello everybody,

I am currently working on a very large assembly, and therefore instead of drawing the screws and including them in the meshing, i am trying to modelise them as connexion between different pieces but i can't figure out what sort of connection should i use and how to visualise the contact zone between the screw and surface. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
