This is just the second time I've used any Mechanism capabilities, but I've now had the same problem twice. Both have been simple hinges. After defining the connection and then editing the joint axis settings to set a regen angle and limits, I want to use the drag feature to rotate it. The problem is that when I go to drag it, it rotates the rest of my assembly around it instead of rotating the smaller part I want to rotate. I realize I haven't told Pro/E which is which, but I don't know how to go about doing that. I'm sure this is a simple problem and would appreciate any help.

Thanks.

I am using WF2.0.

Do you have one of the components grounded?
