Rotational connection

I need to create a rotational connection between two nodes: three orthogonal beams rotate from initial to final position). In Creo it's easy to do with help of Transform. In Abaqus, for instance, it can be done with Cardan connection. How to do such thing in Creo/Simulate? Thank you.
