Do suppliers have ductile iron reducing 45 bends? Thought I saw them somewhere now I can't find them. I suppose anything can be made custom, just not sure if this fitting is uncommon or simply doesnt exist.

Typically a specialty item. Use a short radius 45 deg ell with a straight reducer after.

Added to Ron's answer: depending on size and details a custom fabricated item (steel) might be simpler to mount and cheaper. Some manufacturers specialize in fast delivery and relatively cheap products.

Thank you for the responses. Working on a rehab for a lift station. Existing dry pit for the pumps has limited space... will probably have to use some custom steel fittings.
