What are the US guidelines and Eurocodes that are used for the determination of silt factor?

give us a bit more please, what code are you using? what is your silt factor, what is the problem, what is the end goal.

A problem statement with 10 words will likely get little responses. The more details the better.

I am using IRC 5 to calculate silt factor, for the design of pile and well foundations in river bridges. Just for the purpose of learning, I wanted to know how is silt factor computed based on Eurocodes and US codes.

Hi,
I thought of adding little more details on the query:
For the design of foundations in rivers or any water bodies, we consider the scouring action and the scour depth, to find the erodible depth. The factor called the silt factor which reflects the mean size of the silt can be used to determine the scouring depth which in turn will be used for the design of foundations. This silt factor is also used for the design of channels. I have attached an image containing the formula for the silt factor for your reference. I will be grateful if you can throw some light on how this silt factor or scouring action is considered in the design of foundations in water bodies, in US or Eurocodes. Thank you!

in the US, this is the recommended guideline. it doesn't use the Lacey equation:
