Hi everyone. Is that judeged by the soil corrosion level (resistivity value according to ISO corrosion code), or SPT values (hard rocks or soft sand clay)? This is for the PV projects in deserts. Thank you.

Yes. Maybe. Sometimes. Also depends on the contractor's equipment, site access, lateral loading (and stiffness) requirements, whether or not other concrete is being delivered to site, etc.
