hi,

I was wondering whether anyone might know the Solidworks equivalent of the shrink-wrap command in ProE?

thanks a lot

Shrink wrap functionality does not exist in SW. This is a very useful and necessary tool in Pro/E but you may find that you do not need this type of functionality in SW. The same for simplified rep's.

I know this is a sw forum but how do you do this in proe? i use both systems

Paul:

Associative: Create a part and #insert #shared data #sw from other model

Non-associative: #file #save a copy #change type to sw

This goes for WF and WF2
