Hi,

How to show the dimensions which are symmetric to a center axis as shown in figure.

Dimension has to show with '=' symbol with a cross line at mid of the dimension line.

I'm using Pro-E WF4.

What drawing standard do you use? That's not how it's done in either ANSI or ISO.

I think this is old standard.

Fact is that drawing in the above picture made using Medusa. Now I'm in the task of converting it into Pro-E.

I have seen some older drawings with '=' symbol with dimension earlier, but not cross line at mid of the dimension line.

But I have to match theThink 3in Pro-E

Use the proper symmetry geometric tolerance. You will have to create a datum(s) as well.

Mr.Gallup adn Mr.Copyboythank you for your input.

Fact is that I have to match my Pro-E drawing as per input. I can not use extra dimension or GD&T to define the symmeticity. Because I'm in the process of just converting input drawing into Pro-E.

Anyway I'm gonna use symbols in my task to match it.
