Showing different stress values within Abaqus

I am trying to show a larger stress range on my Abaqus model. I am having trouble doing this, and would like help as to how to show stress values on the model that are smaller than indicated on the legend. Attached is a picture of the legend.
Please let me know if anyone has a solution!

 

[FEA way]

Go to Contour Options --> Limits. There you can change the legend range (specify custom max/min values).
