Who knows of a reasonably priced nontoxic vapor phase volatile corrosion inhibitor?

What would you consider reasonably priced? Which inhibitors have you looked at that you would consider over-priced?

I looked at CORTEC VCI 309, the local agent was asking for about USD 30 per pound.

Are you planning on using the corrosion inhibitor for equipment lay-up, or for corrosion inhibiting during normal continuous operation?
