Guys, API 650 5.6.1.1 defines the Nominal plate thickness based on the Nominal Tank diameter.
May I know whether, the plate thickness mentioned includes the Corrosion Allowance or without Corrosion Allowance?
Example, if the selected plate thickness is 6mm (as per 5.6.1.1), should I add 6+3.2(CA)=9.2mm thickness, or simply go ahead with 6mm?
Thank you in advance.

Generally, they use the term "nominal thickness" to mean "as-built thickness" which includes any corrosion allowance that may have been added.

I don't understand your confusion.

5.6.1.1 reads as follows: "The required shell thickness shall be the greater of the design shell thickness, including any corrosion allowance, or the hydrostatic test shell thickness, but the shell thickness shall not be less than the following..."

Thank you guys, it is clear that the Thickness are including CA.
