shell element in Ansys workbench 8.0

Hi,

I have a question to u people. Can we use shell element for modeling in Ansys workbench 8.0 software.

Is it possible to import a .db file from Ansys 8.0 to Ansys workbench software whose file extension is .dsdb type.
