help require...how I can unbend this part in sheet metal. thickness is 1.8 mm

Could you not rip along these lines and then unfold? I am assuming there's a bottom to the box. But I agree, forming up this part is going to be a challenge to say the least...

Yes, like mentioned above you would need to create edge rips (and probably rip connects) so the part can be physically unfolded
