Shear Capacity design in etabs (very tricky question)

Hello,

Etabs take (M1+M2)/L +V(D+L) to calculate Shear

Now my question is in Etabs shear results is giving like (picture number 1) as per one load case
but in the envelope results he is giving picture number 2

and he calculate shear capacity based on picture number 1, but how on earth the picture 1>picture 2(one case?>>?? Envelope)
