I desperately need some help...

I have a Sharp AR-M237 printer (wouldn't recommend it to anyone) and I am having a heck of a time getting it setup to print correctly in Pro/E Wildfire 2.0. I can print drawings successfully if I use the Windows Print Manager. The only problem is that the printer will not detect the paper size correctly and always defaults to a A size print (it is capable of A or B). We can get around this by manually changing the paper size in the printer settings, but it is a real hassle. My ultimate goal is to configure a set of mapkeys for my users so they can just click A or B and it will spit out a print.

So far I have tried several different configurations, but haven't had any luck with these:

1. Using the Windows Print Manager - always have to manually adjust paper size.

2. print /d:\\share\printername - always prints one corner of the drawing no matter what settings I change.

3. Wrote a script to attempt to send a tiff file to the Windows Print/Fax viewer - it sort of works, but it always falls back to the A size paper.

Does anyone have a .pcf file for this printer or know some type of Voodoo to get it working properly?

Thanks.
