Setting for Pause Delay for On-Screen Dialog when dimensioning not staying set. 1

I cannot find the setting for Pause Delay for On-Screen Dialog in customer defaults and the file-preference appears to be session specific so it will not stay set when NX is restarted. By the way this setting is for dialogs that pop up when placing dimensions and it is quite annoying when it pops up prematurely.

The preference is File-Preferences-Drafting Preferences-Dimension-Workflow-Edit During Create-Pause Delay for On-Screen Dialog and it always defaults to (1) but I need it to stay set at (5).

Is it called by a different name in customer defaults or, if not, is it a bug?

Thank you Jerry! The last post in that thread pointed to the setting in customer defaults. I could not find it at first because I was looking in my customized drafting standard.
