Dialog Boxes, Pausing randomly 2

Recently, in NX2306 and NX2406, we have experienced random pauses when exiting dialog boxes. (The pause is about 30 seconds) This issue occurs approximately 20% of the time, with the dialog box exiting immediately the other 80%. While this problem is most noticeable with the measurement command, it has also occurred with other dialog boxes. Given the frequency of use, the measurement command is likely the most affected.

I am wondering if it is us, or others users seeing this issue? I am attempting to get more information before we go to Siemens to ask for help.

It doesn't happen on exiting the dialogue box, but it seems like the measurement function does lock up my computer for a minute or so maybe 10% of the time. Haven't really noticed any other hang ups.

Many years ago i saw this behavior on computers where the user had installed a gaming mouse driver, to run NX with this "multi-button mouse".
One we uninstalled that driver the problem disappeared. ( the extra buttons no longer had any function but the delays disappeared.)
