separately stress relive after hot forming

Dear Gents,
could you pls advice
1. Do we need require separately stress relive after head hot forming of vessels
2. Which is best separately heat treatment require after hot forming
3. Is it necessary separately normolization after hot forming if base plate has been normolise.

What material specification are you using?
What is the thickness of the heads?
What temperature were they formed at?
