Self tapping fasteners 1

Are there any self drilling or self tapping fasteners which would go through a 1/2" or 3/8" thick steel. I need to connect a MC7 with a 14 ga strut.

I use Teks3 or Teks5 (depending on the thickness)... self drilling and tapping fasteners for that sort of thickness.
