Hi!

I heard precast concrete stadium seats could be produced with self-consolidating concrete.
I wonder how they can be poured with different floor levels without cold joint
between first and second placement layers.
I am asking how I can make them monolithic concrete section with SCC.

They can build their forms vertical depending on the length? Otherwise they would have to build an enclosed box that can withstand the fluid pressure.

Here is a typical form for precast bleachers. Usually made in single, double or triple risers depending on spans and arrangement.

Rotate the stairs so they are vertical and pour them like a wall.

Dont they let the lower set up a bit before adding more?
