There is no such designation for BL2, it is B2L. For pipe butt welds, use of low carbon filler metal is not recommended. Second, ER80S-B2L is no longer supplied because the L grade have been re-assigned strength values after PWHT. Former ER80S-B2L is now ER70S-B2L.
Just as a side note, API RP 577 and RP 582 might be useful in filler metal selection for general purpose. Not sure of this would fall under that scope.
You could also consider ER70S-A1 for the service in addition to metengr's recommendation. I would not recommend ER70S-2 or other low carbon steel filler metals for the service (nearly 800 F).
Thanks Weldstan, is much better this filler metal for %C is 0,12 but if necesary make new one PQR with this filler metal. i have wps with filler metal ER80S-B2L is so old have 15 years.
