I am reverse engineering a component and can not find a suitable replacement part. Th part is a 2.5 mm ID/4mm OD tube about 8mm long, bottomed out on one end and flanged on the other. It is used as a banana jack but not sure if that was it's orininal purpose. I have checked pamona, newark, mausser, etc, and no luck. Pomona part 3277 is as close as i have gotten. It is possible the part is a modified version of something stock as it has a spring soldered to bottom. Any help is appreciated. I have attached an image for reference. Thanks

Blech, DOCX files... one of the many poor decisions MS has made in recent years.

I does look a lot like a ferrule, but it is bottomed.

Any idea where I might find one?

Hum, Checked out pop rivets but I don't see anything in my part that suggest there was a pull rod attached.
