Seeking Full 3D Model of Pemserter Haeger 824 Press Machine

Hi everyone!
I’m a mechanical engineer currently working on a project to upgrade and improve the Pem Haeger 824 press machine. Alongside that, I’m also developing a few embossing jig designs that will be used with this machine.

To ensure my designs are technically feasible and dimensionally accurate, I’m looking for a complete and detailed 3D model of the Pem Haeger 824. Ideally, the model would include all critical dimensions and allow for accurate integration with custom tooling and jigs.

I’ve spent the past few days scouring the internet, but detailed 2D/3D CAD files for this machine are surprisingly hard to find.

If anyone happens to have a 3D model of this machine—or even just some reliable references or partial drawings—I would truly appreciate your help!

You will not find a full model of machines, unless very lucky. You only need to design your jig to fit the machine features as needed. Either measure the features, or use a 3D hand scanner to reverse engineer it.

You're going to need to disassemble and reverse engineer your machine.
