In a proposed scrubber design there is a waste tank where blow downs from scrubber towers come and hazardous chemicals are added to this tank (sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide, sodium chlorite, hydrogen peroxide) to render that which leaves from this tank to be non hazardous. Does this tank need to have secondary containment?
