No, variables include: in the shade or exposed to maximum sun; built in the summer or in the winter; in contact with 55 degree soil below grade or surrounded by air like a bridge deck; sea level or elevation 11,260; North side of hill or sheltered by neighboring highrise versus surrounded by metropolitan asphalt heat sink; heated and cooled to a constant office environment or a cold storage warehouse with maintenance outages.
