Hi,

Part of my job is to review material certificates, be it CMTR's, MTR's, EN10204 3.1's, 3.2's, etc. Me and my colleagues know plenty of horror stories about fraudulent certificates, but getting an actual copy of the faulty paperwork is difficult. A search online didn't result in much.
My goal is to collect "bad" certificates to give my newer colleagues an idea of what to look for when reviewing certificates. My current "collection" consists of 3 certs I rejected myself, wouldn't mind using these as "trade material" ;)

Anyone know where to find these? Or willing to share theirs?

Difficult task you have.
Why not concentrate and teach what a good certificate will have then whatever the s not there will be at fault. And then mitigate the conditions. With the mfr or suppluer. Genblr.

I would assume that some forum members work at inspection agencies or manufacturers' QC department... Everybody comes in contact with bad certificates sometimes, right?

I work in design and inspections.
I saw works well done but the certificate is wrong, included nuclear components.
