SE V20 - How can I change the partlist and make it default

Are you talking about the defaut choice from the pulldown menu when you want to insert the part list?
If so then the only way I can think of is to rename your different part list to have them sorted by numerical or alphabetical order. But I haven't check if the pulldown actually sort them or if it just show them in the order they are created in the draftlist.txt file.
