I have a parametric sheet metal part with a 40° bend. In the draft-environment I create the theoretical intersection of this bend by placing two lines.

In the help file they talk about constructionlines, but they're not available in the draft environment. No problem at all. When placing a dimension I first pick the line of my viewpart, second the endpoint of my created line.

But.. when my parametric model changes the position of the bend is changed, but the profile lines are still on their original place.

BTW this is also happend with the profiles of my detailviews.

Is it posible to add relations to the partview.

In the draft, click Tools > Maintain Relationships. Ensure that it's checked.

... and make sure to draw your lines in the 'Draw in View'
environment otherwise the dimensioning might be wrong because
the view's scale is factored in ...

To get the angle and direction of the bend you can use
the %BA (angle) and %BR (radius) variable in a callout
to be placed to the bend line. If unknown: the parallel
line adjacent to bend will be shown when activating the
option 'Tangent Style' in the view's properties --> display
