Scheduling (activation-deactivation) of motors

Hi,

I have 4 motors (taken from "machinery" in Adams). I want two of them to run first and later switch on the other two. Is this possible in Adams?

Yes. See the ACTIVATE command in the Solver help. Your acf will include a line something like

ACTIVATE/MOTION, ID=61005,62005

There are many more, or less, elegant solutions. One very ugly one would be to put a time dependent torque spline in to drive the motor
