Hi everybody!

I´ve been assessing a replacement project of our old (above 25 years)demineralization unit, which uses ionic interchage resins, by a RO unit. The hardness of the incoming water -well water-, is about 500 ppm. We need about 10 ppm or less as final output.

I´found important savings and a payback time of 3 years, with an initial investment of 40.000 usd.

Have you ever gotten savings by this replacement? Maybe am I overlooking something ?

Greetings and Thanks,

Daniel
