SattBus to Ethernet or Serial link

Can anyone recommend an interface for getting data into a drone processor having only serial and ethernet comms ports from SATT plcs via SATTBUS?
I have seen the Kepware OPC Server / SattBus ISA card which may be an option albeit at the added expense of an extra industrial pc to facilitate the card.
