Does anyone out there have extensive experience designing cores for sandcasting molds in solidworks? I could use some help creating cores for shapes beyond smooth pipes.

You are talking of solidworks ( drwing/ CAD s/w) where I have not much experience. However if it is simply design of good useful cores for making a casting physically, my offer.. please
