SAFE and ETABS in Beam Analysis

Hello, I have been searching for a really long time on how SAFE and ETABS structurally analyse the torsional moment transfer to beams, the same floor when exported from ETABS 18 to SAFE 16; The torsional moments on beams ridiculously decrease on SAFE, Noting that all boundary conditions are the same, and the loads are the same.. Any clue why? Thanks alot.
