we have seen a lot of rejection for "in line" rusting during our vibro finish processes. This especially becomes the case when there is a short power failure and the parts in the vibrators become extremely prone to rust...we do have power backup but we do see a lot of rejects ...any expert on vibro finishing with recommendations...our process is very suspect and i would be willing to doubt every process paramater.

I would never put oil in any type finisher with porous media unless you want toss out the media. Here are two products that are used to prevent flash rust on ferrous parts that are to be coated of painted.
