Running Mechanica 171 with WF2 170

It seems to me this was a problem before, running one version of Mechanica witha different version of wf2. I am in a situation where one, and only one, user wants to run mechanica with our build of 170. 170 isn't available anymore, but 171 is.

Will this be an issue?
