rubber resistant - 50%NaOH/ steam Water

J need material which could be resistant for two media :

1) 50 % NAOH solutions and tem. 140 C
2) steam water 175 C


J check Low price FKM and EPDM but with bad results.
Has anybody any idea how dissolve this problem?
