I am looking for information on COMPRESSION MODULUS vs SHORE "A" DUROMETER reading for neoprene rubbers.  Any help would be appreciated.

I am working on a system using a cylinder of rubber as "fluid" in a jack amplifier
I am looking for pre-designing information on :
- COMPRESSION MODULUS vs SHORE "A" DUROMETER for an "unknown" rubber.
- FRICTION and DAMPING factors

Curves will be wellcomen
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi
Sorry for the previous answer which was not one
Have a look in :
"Handbook of Mechanical Engineering"
Dubbel
Springer-Verlag ISBN 0-540-19868-7
page F59 §2.3.1 Rubber and its Properties
fig 12 gives a shear modulus for natural rubber in relation to Shora A hardness
