Rubber Aggregate/Polymer?

Greetings all!

I have a type of rubber aggregate material that I need help identifying. It may be made from polymers. Some of the materials are hard and rock like. It seems like some of the rubbers have been recycled or manufactured. It might be used for transportation or playgrounds?

Any assistance would be much appreciated,

Looks like road surface scalpings to me. I would send some to a laboratory to get it analysed.
