RSLinx to VB using OPC

I have just started a project which requires me to read data from a PLC5, format the data and put it in a DB. the last part of this is not a problem but i need a tutorial on geting the data from the PLC via OPC. Does anyone knows where i can get some info on this?

Also, maybe you should consider RSSql for easy setup.
