Round Feature?????

I want to make a round over a cylinder and I don`t find anywhere the round feature.

I would like to know where can I find this feature, like chamfer feature and hole feature.

From the top pull down menus:

Insert > Round, Chamfer, Hole



or



From the right side menu manager:

Feature > Create > Round, Chamfer, Hole

Pro/TOOLKIT does not expose this - use a UDF for Programatic Round Creation.
