Hi there, i want to model and simulate the fluid flow around the rotating propeller and thrust distribution of the propeller. Currently i am using NX Multiphysics of flow analysis. How do i setup the boundary conditions so that the system will consider that the propeller is rotating. Should i use a rotating frame of reference or the internal fan type? Or there is any other method to do so, can anyone teach me. I have seen other CFD software have the feature of mesh motion or moving wall. The simulation of the propeller is rotating at 1500rpm and producing turbulence flow when 11m/s fluid flow through it.
